Our latest twin fin addition was born out of a need for more drive when the waves turned on but still the perfect amount of rake to drive up and thru the bowl of the wave at the drop of a dime. Sounds easy enough but the magic formula is what takes many test runs and updates to perfect. A wider base creates more pressure and drive which is exactly why these fins have hit hyper speed numerous times at Racetracks in recent months. The upright rake is reducing the time it takes to project all that speed into the lip and fitting even more criticalness into a tighter package. Sounds fun doesn’t it?
