The F1 template is a very easy fin to surf in average conditions due to its very low rake or bite in the wave face so it pivots on a dime compared to fins with more rake. Great for driving towards the lip and launching, it’s perfect for competition surfing and aerial surfing due to its reaction time, spot the lip and punt or fit much more turns into a single wave. We like to explain to our customers that you just mind-surfed your favourite beach break and were able to fit an extra turn that no other fin has ever made possible.
